You provide a loan – you receive tokens
Property tokenization and group loan investing is an innovative way of investing that allows anyone to feel like a co-owner of real estate, benefit from its rental income, and receive profit from its sale without the need to engage large capital.
How does it work?
The user of the app invests in rental properties through group loans. At the same time, they also receive utility tokens, which are confirmations of the investment conditions specified in the loan agreement and recorded in so-called smart contracts for the issued token.
All RentInvesto.app tokens are linked to the provided loan, which is secured by an entry on the mortgage of the property purchased with the funds obtained from the loan, meaning your money is protected. Additionally, an independent Mortgage Administrator oversees the entire investment process, acting in the interest of investors. More information on this topic can be found in the FAQ.
Receive monthly payouts
This is the moment when you will feel like a co-owner of the property, as after investing, you will receive payouts every month for the entire duration of the loan and while holding the tokens.
Additionally, upon the sale of the property, you will also receive your share of the profit proportional to the number of tokens you hold/the value of the loans granted.
